Black Star Limousines
Black Star Limousines is a sole proprietorship organization established in September 2008 when it was registered in the county of San Diego, California. It obtained authorization to function as a limousine company in the same month from California Public Utilities Commission under TCP# 24741. Black Star Limousines maintains the PUC required insurance, covering our passengers in any single possible incident.

Owner, Bruno Silveira, moved to San Diego from SaoPaulo in 2003. Determined to achieve the American dream, he began working as a Valet Assistant and learning to speak English. Later, he became a highly requested chauffeur for a top La Jolla limousine service. Eventually, he was able to open his own company, Black Star Limousines.
Black Star Limousines is committed to safety, reliability and transport hospitality and delivers more comfort to our customers than our customer’s expectations. It is because of this commitment that we have enjoyed a substantial and steady growth in trip miles and in clientele.
